One of my earliest projects, completed when I was an undergraduate. It features interviews with owners and representatives of four Pittsburgh restaurants: Gran Canal Caffé in Sharpsburg; the Primanti's in the Strip District; Tram's Kitchen in Bloomfield; and Bob's Garage in Blawnox.
