About Recorded kitchen...
The Recorded Kitchen is a collaborative project originally developed to encourage cultural sharing and international community building during the COVID-19 pandemic. It currently incorporates the Audio Cookbook of 9 recorded-recipes (from across 5 U.S. states and 5 countries) plus a collaborative project in which 11 individuals attempted to recreate those recipes from the recordings.
